These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EraZero AI platform, including Steve AI and Sara AI. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have authority to act on behalf of your organization (if applicable)
2. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, all activities under your account, and providing accurate information. EraZero is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure credentials.
3. Platform Usage Rules
You agree not to: use the platform for illegal purposes, upload infringing content, generate misleading advertisements, attempt to reverse engineer AI systems, or abuse/overload services.
4. Steve AI – Terms of Use
Steve AI outputs are recommendations, not guarantees. Campaign performance is not guaranteed. Final decisions remain the user's responsibility. Steve AI does not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
5. Sara AI – Terms of Use
You retain rights to your original inputs. Generated creatives are provided "as is". EraZero does not guarantee originality or exclusivity. You confirm you own or have rights to uploaded logos/assets.
6. AI Limitations & Accuracy
EraZero AI may produce incomplete or inaccurate outputs, does not guarantee correctness, and outputs should be reviewed before real-world use.
7. Service Availability
We may modify or discontinue features, perform maintenance, or suspend access for violations. We are not liable for downtime or data loss.
8. Intellectual Property
EraZero AI platform, code, and branding remain our property. Users may not copy or redistribute platform components.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EraZero is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding period.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify EraZero against claims arising from your use of the platform, your content, or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated, required by law, or platform misuse is detected.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
